Althea Violet Alexis-Windsor is a judge from Trinidad and Tobago who has served as a judge of the International Criminal Court since 11 March 2021, having been elected on 23 December 2020. Born on 22 June 1973, she served as a High Court judge in Trinidad and Tobago and worked as counsel at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda from 2004 to 2013, progressing from assistant trial counsel to appeals counsel.
