Sir Adrian Bruce Fulford, born 8 January 1953 in England, is a retired British judge educated at Elizabeth College, Guernsey, and the University of Southampton, who was called to the bar in 1978 and appointed Queen's Counsel in 1994. He served as a judge of the International Criminal Court from 2003 to 2012, presiding over the Court's inaugural trial of Thomas Lubanga and delivering its first guilty verdict on 14 March 2012. In Britain he served as a High Court judge in the Queen's Bench Division from 2002 to 2013, as a Lord Justice of Appeal from 2013 to 2022, as Senior Presiding Judge for England and Wales from 2016 to 2017, as the first Investigatory Powers Commissioner from 2017 to 2019, and as Vice-President of the Court of Appeal Criminal Division from 2019, retiring as a Lord Justice of Appeal on 1 October 2022; he presided over the 2021 sentencing of Wayne Couzens for the murder of Sarah Everard.
