Tax court

A tax court is a court of limited jurisdiction that deals specifically with tax disputes, a model used in many different legal systems. Examples include the United States Tax Court at the federal level along with various American state and local tax tribunals, Canada's federal tax court and provincial assessment bodies, the tax chambers of the United Kingdom's tribunal system, and dedicated tax courts in countries such as the Philippines, Germany, Austria and Italy.
