The Melbourne Beth Din is an Orthodox and Chassidic Jewish rabbinical court based in Caulfield North, in Melbourne, Australia, dealing mainly with religious divorces and conversions along with other matters of Jewish law. It holds a notable place in Jewish communal history as the first Beth Din established anywhere in the British Empire outside London, and it was set up with the help of Moses Rintel, who went on to lead the institution.
