All Constitutions of CIS Member States

The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) is a regional intergovernmental organization whose Wikipedia article names its nine current full members as Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, with Turkmenistan as an associate member, and records that Georgia withdrew in 2009, Ukraine never ratified the CIS Charter and ended participation in its statutory bodies in 2018, and Moldova is in the process of withdrawing with full withdrawal effective April 2027. This group covers only the two current full members of the nine that carry a separate European constitution entity in this atlas and are not already grouped under this atlas' own Council of Europe class: Belarus and Russia. Moldova is grouped instead under this atlas' Council of Europe class to avoid placing one country under two group nodes in the same subcategory, matching the Council of Europe member list it currently belongs to. Each member placed under this group carries its own separate citation for the specific fact that its country belongs to the CIS.
