She previously served in positions including account secretary of the presidency of the Superior Agrarian Court and magistrate and president of the Superior Chamber of the Court of Administrative Litigation. In late 2022 and early 2023 her academic standing was questioned amid multiple accusations of plagiarism allegedly committed in her licentiate and doctoral theses, which she has denied.
