Yasmin Esquivel Mossa was born on September 15, 1963 and is a Mexican lawyer and public official who has served as a justice of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation since 2019. She previously served in positions including account secretary of the presidency of the Superior Agrarian Court and magistrate and president of the Superior Chamber of the Court of Administrative Litigation. In late 2022 and early 2023 her academic standing was questioned amid multiple accusations of plagiarism allegedly committed in her licentiate and doctoral theses, which she has denied.
