Mona Maria Pivniceru was born on September 9, 1958 and is a Romanian jurist, magistrate and university professor. Between August 23, 2012 and March 27, 2013 she was Minister of Justice in the second Ponta cabinet, and between 2013 and 2022 she served as a judge of the Constitutional Court of Romania.
