Arman Dilanyan

Arman Dilanyan is an Armenian jurist who has served as President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia since being elected to the post at the court's own procedural session on 12 October 2020, for a six-year term. Born on 23 September 1974, he graduated from the law faculty of Yerevan State University in 1996 and completed postgraduate study there on international courts and dispute resolution, worked within the Constitutional Court's own staff from 1996 including as head of its Legal Advisory Service, and was elected a justice of the court by the National Assembly on 13 September 2018 before his election as its president two years later. He also teaches constitutional justice and international law at several Armenian universities.
