Political naturalism

Mixed and Hybrid Legal Systems

Political naturalism is a political ideology and legal system founded on the premise that there is a natural law, held to be just and obvious to all, crossing ideologies, faiths, and personal belief. It traces back to Aristotle's Politics and draws on sociological and methodological naturalism, applying scientific precision to politics and law, functioning as a natural-law-based approach to legalism and constitutionalism that seeks constitutional structures reflecting what it considers inherent justice.
