Zaila Rowena McCalla is a Jamaican judge, born 31 January 1948 in Westmoreland Parish, Jamaica. She served as Chief Justice of Jamaica from 27 June 2007 to 1 February 2018, the first woman to hold the post, succeeding Lensley Wolfe and succeeded by Bryan Sykes. She was awarded the Order of Jamaica in 2007 and later served as a Commissioner of the Electoral Commission of Jamaica from 2020.
