Sir William Francis Langer Owen (1899 to 1972) was an Australian judge who served as a Justice of the High Court of Australia from 1961 until his death. His most notable public role outside the bench was chairing the Royal Commission on Espionage from 1954 to 1955, which investigated the Petrov Affair.
