William Montague Charles Gummow (born 1942) is a retired Australian judge who served as a Justice of the High Court of Australia from 1995 to 2012, known for a scholarly approach to judicial interpretation and influential contributions to intellectual property and equity law. Following his retirement he was appointed a non-permanent judge of Hong Kong's Court of Final Appeal in 2013.
