William Alfred Goone-Tilleke, who lived from 1860 to 1918, was a Ceylonese-Siamese lawyer, entrepreneur and aristocrat. He founded the law firm Tilleke & Gibbins, sat on the Privy Council of Thailand, and served as second Attorney General of Siam from 1912 to 1917, helping shape the modern Siamese legal system; in Siam he was also known by the title Phraya Attakarnprasiddhi.
