Sir Wilfred Kelsham Fullagar (1892 to 1961) was an Australian jurist who served on the High Court of Australia from 1950 until his death, after a career as a leading Melbourne barrister and a judge of the Supreme Court of Victoria. He was regarded as one of the greatest judges of his generation, and his legal opinions are still considered classics that contributed to the High Court's prominence during the 1950s.
