Vladimir Emmanuilovich Grabar (1865 to 1956) was a Russian and Soviet jurist and a leading specialist in the history of international law across both the Imperial Russian and Soviet periods, serving as a professor of international law, an academician, and a legal adviser to the Imperial Russian and Soviet governments. His major work traced the history of international law in Russia from 1647 to 1917 and established his reputation as both a jurist and a legal historian.
