Virginia Margaret Bell (born 1951) is a retired Australian judge who served as a Justice of the High Court of Australia from 2009 to 2021, the fourth woman appointed to the court, bringing particular expertise in criminal law to the bench. After retiring she led an inquiry into former Prime Minister Scott Morrison's secret ministerial appointments.
