Sir Vincent Frederick Floissac (31 July 1928 to 25 September 2010) was a Saint Lucian jurist and politician, the first judge from St Lucia to sit with the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council. He served as President of the Senate of Saint Lucia in 1979, as Acting Governor-General of Saint Lucia from 30 April 1987 to 10 October 1988, and as a judge of the Court of Appeal of Seychelles from 1988 to 1991, before becoming Chief Justice of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court from November 1991 to July 1996. He was educated at Saint Mary's College in Saint Lucia and at University College London, and was called to the bar by Gray's Inn.
