Major General Sir William John Victor Windeyer (1900 to 1987) was an Australian judge, soldier and educator who served as a Justice of the High Court of Australia from 1958 to 1972. He had a distinguished military career in the Second World War, commanding forces in North Africa and the Pacific, and made significant contributions to constitutional jurisprudence during his time on the bench.
