Valerio Onida was an Italian jurist and constitutional law professor, born in 1936 and dying in 2022. He served as a judge of the Constitutional Court of Italy from 1996 to 2005, becoming its President for the final four months of his term, from September 2004 to January 2005, and he taught constitutional law at the University of Milan from 1983 to 2009.
