Upendra Baxi (born 1938) is an Indian legal scholar known for his work on comparative constitutionalism, the social theory of human rights, and the human rights responsibilities of corporations amid globalization. He served as vice-chancellor of the University of Delhi and, since 1996, as a professor of law at the University of Warwick, and received India Padma Shri honor in 2011.
