Titus Accius was a Roman jurist and knight of the 1st century BC, active in the late Republic. He is known chiefly for his role in 66 BC as a prosecutor in the trial of Aulus Cluentius Habitus, the case Cicero defended in the surviving speech Pro Cluentio, which remains the principal source for what is known of Accius's career.
