Sir Thomas Billing, who died in 1481, was an English jurist from Northamptonshire who served as Chief Justice of the King's Bench from 1469 until his death, succeeding John Markham. A member of Gray's Inn, he represented both Northamptonshire and London in Parliament, served as Recorder of London from 1450 to 1454, and was appointed King's Serjeant in 1458. His tenure as chief justice spanned the reigns of both Henry VI and Edward IV during the Wars of the Roses, and he was succeeded on his death by Sir William Hussey.
