Michel Etienne Anthelme Theodore Grandperret lived from January 26, 1818 to January 6, 1890 and was a French lawyer and politician, a staunch Bonapartist. He served briefly as Minister of Justice and Religious Affairs during the last weeks of the Second French Empire, and was later a Life Senator from 1877 until his death.
