Terence Rannowane is a Motswana judge who served as Chief Justice of Botswana from 1 May 2018 until stepping down on 18 January 2025 for medical reasons, having been appointed by President Mokgweetsi Masisi. His judicial career began in 1990, progressing to Regional Magistrate in 2005 and to the High Court of Botswana in 2008; he holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Botswana and a Master of Laws from the University of Warwick.
