Syed Refaat Ahmed, born 1958, is a Bangladeshi jurist who served as the twenty-fifth Chief Justice of Bangladesh from 2024 to 2025. His tenure focused on judicial reform, including the creation of a separate Supreme Court Secretariat for administrative independence, the operationalizing of a Judicial Appointment Council, and the establishment of specialized commercial courts.
