Suzanne Cote, born September 21, 1958, is a Canadian jurist who has served as a puisne justice of the Supreme Court of Canada since December 1, 2014, the first woman appointed to the court directly from private practice. Before her appointment she was a litigation partner at Stikeman Elliott LLP and later at Osler, Hoskin and Harcourt LLP in Montreal, where she led the firm's Montreal office litigation group, and she was called to the Bar of Quebec in 1981.
