Sie-A-Nyene Gyapay Yuoh is a Liberian jurist and politician who has served as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Liberia since 27 September 2022, having been nominated the previous month. She had been an associate justice of the Supreme Court since 2013 and earlier served as assistant minister for legal affairs from 1983 to 1985 and coordinator of African affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 1988 to 1990.
