Sebastien Biancheri is a Monegasque judge elected by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe on 8 April 2025 as the judge of the European Court of Human Rights in respect of Monaco, taking up his nine year term on 7 July 2025 and succeeding Stephanie Mourou-Vikstrom. Before his election he served as vice president of the Court of Appeal of Monaco, and from 2021 he had already sat on the European Court of Human Rights as an ad hoc judge in cases involving Monaco.
