Rodrigo Mudrovitsch is a Brazilian jurist, professor and magistrate who serves as a judge on the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. He was elected to the court in November 2021 at age thirty six, becoming the second youngest person ever elected as a judge to the court. He served as its Vice President during 2024 and 2025 and was chosen by his fellow judges in November 2025 to serve as President for the 2026 to 2027 term. He earned his law degree and a master's degree in constitutional law from the University of Brasilia and a doctorate in constitutional law from the University of Sao Paulo, and has written extensively on constitutional and public law.
