Roberto Cordova, who lived from October 1899, in Mexico City, to 1967, was a Mexican jurist, diplomat and international judge who served as a member of the United Nations International Law Commission from 1949 to 1955. He was elected a judge of the International Court of Justice, serving from 1955 to 1964, and was the second Mexican to serve as an ICJ judge, following Isidro Fabela.
