Richard Wagner was born on April 2, 1957 and is a Canadian jurist who has served as the 18th Chief Justice of Canada since 2017. He previously served as a puisne justice of the Quebec Court of Appeal from 2011 to 2012 and of the Supreme Court of Canada from 2012 to 2017.
