Ricardo Concepcion Puno (1923 to 2018) was a Filipino lawyer and judge who served as Minister of Justice of the Philippines from 1979 to 1984. He earlier served as a judge of the Court of First Instance and as a Justice of the Court of Appeals before his cabinet appointment, and also sat as an Assemblyman in the Batasang Pambansa and as the Philippine delegate to the United Nations General Assembly during his years as minister. After leaving government he returned to law practice as a founding partner of his own firm and taught for decades at several Philippine law schools.
