Rajendra Mal Lodha (born 1949) was the forty-first Chief Justice of India, serving from April to September 2014. Born to an Oswal Jain family in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, and educated at Jodhpur University, he enrolled with the Bar Council of Rajasthan in 1973, became a permanent judge of the Rajasthan High Court in 1994, transferred to the Bombay High Court the same year, served as Chief Justice of the Patna High Court in 2008, and joined the Supreme Court of India later that year. In 2015 he headed a Supreme Court committee that suspended the owners of the Rajasthan Royals and Chennai Super Kings from the Indian Premier League over betting allegations.

R. M. Lodha is a retired Indian judge, who served as the 41st Chief Justice of India from 27 April 2014 to 27 September 2014. Before being elevated to the Supreme Court, he served as the chief justice of Patna High Court. He has also served as a judge in Rajasthan High Court and Bombay High Court. On 14 July 2015, the Supreme Court committee headed by Lodha suspended the owners of Rajasthan Royals and Chennai Super Kings from the Indian Premier League cricket tournament for a period of two years for alleged involvement in betting.
