Publius Orbius was a Roman jurist of the Orbia family active in the first century BC during Cicero's lifetime. He studied law under the jurist Titus Juventius, and although Cicero remarked that Orbius was an inexperienced public speaker, he credited him with extensive knowledge of civil law comparable to his own teacher's. Cicero also noted that another jurist, Titus Aufidius, borrowed stylistic elements from Orbius's legal writing.
