Publius Juventius Celsus Titus Aufidius Hoenius Severianus lived from about 67 to about 130 and was a Roman jurist known as Celsus filius because his father was a little known jurist of the same name. Together with the jurist Julian, he is regarded as the most influential ancient Roman jurist of the High Classical era.
