Patricia Carolina Perez Goldberg is a Chilean lawyer and government official born February 22, 1974, in Santiago. She has served as a judge of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights since January 2022. Her most prominent government role was as Chile's Minister of Justice under President Sebastian Pinera, from December 2012 to March 2014. She holds law degrees from the University of Valparaiso and completed graduate studies in criminal law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaiso, and worked in legal aid and criminal defense before her appointment to the Inter-American court.
