Oscar Cabello Sarubbi is a Paraguayan jurist who has served as a judge of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea since 2017, after 45 years in Paraguay's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including as Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs. He took part in the Third United Nations Conference on the Law of the Sea from 1977 to 1982 and has written on the rights of landlocked states in ocean governance.
