Nicolas Guillou is a French jurist who has served as a judge of the International Criminal Court since 11 March 2024, nominated by France and appointed by the Assembly of States Parties. Born on 13 August 1975, his earlier career included roles at the French Ministry of Justice, adviser positions to French government ministers, service as a liaison judge in Washington, D.C., and work as a legal adviser to the Special Tribunal for Lebanon. From 2017 to 2024 he served as an international judge at the Kosovo Specialist Chambers, where he issued the arrest warrant for Salih Mustafa.
