Nicholas Kasirer, born February 2, 1960, is a Canadian jurist who has served as a puisne justice of the Supreme Court of Canada since September 16, 2019. He served as a justice of the Quebec Court of Appeal from 2009 to 2019 and before that was a professor and dean of the McGill University Faculty of Law from 1989 to 2009, having earlier clerked for Supreme Court Justice Jean Beetz.
