Nakarin Mektrairat is a Thai jurist and academic who has served as President of the Constitutional Court of Thailand since March 2024. He was appointed a Constitutional Court justice in November 2015 after serving as dean of the faculty of political science at Thammasat University from 2004 to 2010.
