Michael Hudson McHugh (born 1935) is a retired Australian jurist who served as a Justice of the High Court of Australia from 1989 to 2005, a 16-year tenure that ended upon reaching the mandatory retirement age of 70. He contributed to a number of landmark decisions of the court during that period.
