M'hammed Abdenabaoui is a Moroccan judicial official who has served as first President of the Court of Cassation and deputy President of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power since March 2021. He previously served as attorney general of the King before the Court of Cassation from April 2017, and is recognized as a noted defender of judicial independence from the legislative and executive branches.
