Mauro Politi is an Italian jurist, born September 13, 1944, in Fabrica di Roma, Italy. Nominated by Italy, he was appointed a judge of the International Criminal Court by the Assembly of States Parties and served on the court from March 11, 2003, to March 10, 2009.
