Mary T. Moreau is a Canadian jurist who has served as a puisne justice of the Supreme Court of Canada since November 6, 2023, an appointment that produced the first female-majority composition in the court's history; she is the first Franco-Albertan to serve on the court. She previously served as Chief Justice of the Court of King's Bench of Alberta from 2017 to 2023, the first woman to hold that position, after a career as a lawyer practicing criminal law, constitutional law and civil litigation and as a judge from 1994.
