Mary Ann Glendon (born 1938) is an American legal scholar, the Learned Hand Professor of Law Emerita at Harvard Law School, whose work spans comparative constitutional law, comparative family law, property law and human rights. She served as United States Ambassador to the Holy See from 2008 to 2009, chaired the United States State Department's Commission on Unalienable Rights in 2019, and was president of the International Association of Legal Science.
