Marta Cartabia is an Italian jurist and academic who served as a judge of the Constitutional Court of Italy from 2011 to 2020, its Vice President from 2014 to 2019, and its President from December 2019 to September 2020, becoming the first woman to lead the court. She later served as Minister of Justice in the national unity government of Prime Minister Mario Draghi.
