Mark Chetcuti is a Maltese judge who served as Chief Justice of Malta from 2020 until his retirement in early 2026. Born on 4 February 1958 in Sliema and educated at the University of Malta, he succeeded Joseph Azzopardi in the office and, as chief justice, held the ex officio positions of President of the Court of Appeal, the Court of Criminal Appeal and the Constitutional Court of Malta.
