Margaret Price Findlay

Margaret A. Price Findlay is a lawyer and judge from Trinidad and Tobago, working primarily in the British Virgin Islands, who has served as Chief Justice of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court since 2025, becoming the first woman from Trinidad and Tobago to hold the position and the first jurist from the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States to serve on that court. She earned a bachelor of laws from the University of the West Indies, practiced law in Trinidad and Tobago from 1987 to 1991, then relocated to the British Virgin Islands where she established her own firm and worked as a magistrate before her 2009 appointment as a High Court judge of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, assigned to hear cases in Grenada.
