Marco da Saliceto, who lived from around 1245 to after 1297, was an Italian notary and administrator from Bologna, then the center of the medieval revival of Roman civil law, who served as a tutor of the future Hungarian monarch Andrew III of Hungary. Some scholars have identified him with Marco Lombardo, a character in Dante's Purgatorio.
